Environmental Policy

Archway Products Ltd is committed to protecting the environment, preventing pollution and continually improving the effectiveness of its Environmental Management System (EMS). This policy supports the Company’s strategic direction and applies to all activities associated with the design, manufacture, servicing, hire and training of Roadmaster equipment.

Policy Commitment

Senior Management is committed to fulfilling our compliance obligations, protecting the environment and continually improving environmental performance in accordance with ISO 14001:2015.

• Comply with all applicable environmental legislation, regulations and other compliance obligations.
• Protect the environment by preventing pollution and minimising adverse environmental impacts arising from our activities, products and services.
• Establish, monitor and review measurable environmental objectives and targets that support continual improvement.
• Use energy, water and natural resources efficiently while reducing waste wherever reasonably practicable.
• Promote waste prevention, reuse, recycling and responsible disposal using authorised waste contractors.
• Manage fuels, oils, chemicals and hazardous substances responsibly to protect land, water and air.
• Consider climate change risks and opportunities when planning, operating and continually improving the Environmental Management System.
• Work with suppliers and contractors to encourage environmentally responsible practices and sustainable procurement wherever practicable.
• Develop, manufacture and promote sustainable road maintenance solutions that help customers reduce environmental impacts and carbon emissions.
• Provide employees with the information, training and awareness necessary to fulfil their environmental responsibilities.
• Monitor environmental performance through internal audits, management reviews, legal compliance evaluations and environmental objectives.
• Review this policy annually and whenever significant changes occur to ensure its continued suitability and effectiveness.

Communication

This Environmental Policy shall be communicated to all employees and persons working on behalf of Archway Products Ltd, made available to interested parties upon request and published where appropriate.
