The weakest link and the first point of failure. Roadmaster can build up and seal eroded centre-line joints, extending the life of the road surface.
Cracks and crazing repair
Repairing cracks at an early stage is the key to avoiding pothole formation. Roadmaster allows you to apply a sealing layer of coated aggregate, filling any depressions and preventing any water ingress, limiting further damage to the road.
Pothole prevention

Roadmaster’s dual heating system ensures that both the road and aggregate are at an optimal temperature before filling, guaranteeing a durable repair.
HEATED AGGREGATE SYSTEM
Roadmaster’s Heated Aggregate System heats the aggregate within the hopper, warming it to 15 degrees. The retained heat in the mixture allows time for the patch to cure before it cools.
HEATED AIR SYSTEM
Our unique Heated Air System recovers hot air from the exhaust of the spray injection patcher, deploying it onto the road to warm the surface before the emulsion mix is applied.
